

The main purposes of this study were to exploring potential association among preschool teachers' hope beliefs, occupational resilience and organizational virtuous behaviors. 762 preschool teachers were assessed with preschool teacher occupational hope beliefs scale, preschool teacher occupational resilience scale, and preschool teacher organizational virtuous behaviors scale. The obtained data was analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results showed that there is significantly potential association among preschool teachers' occupational hope beliefs, occupational resilience and organizational virtuous behaviors. Based on those results, implication for future research was discussed.
