本研究旨在探討幼兒教師的職場希望信念與職場復原力、組織美德行為之潛在關聯。研究者以762名幼兒教師為對象,透過幼兒教師職場希望信念量表、幼兒教師職場復原力量表、幼兒教師組織美德行為量表等研究工具,進行問卷調查蒐集實證資料,並運用結構方程模式技術進行統計分析。研究結果發現,幼兒教師的職場希望信念與職場復原力、組織美德行為三者間有顯著的潛在關聯。根據初步研究發現,本研究對未來相關之研究提出了可行建議。
<div> The main purposes of this study were to explore the potential association between preschool teachers’ hope beliefs, occupational resilience and organizational virtuous behaviors. 762 preschool teachers were assessed with a preschool teacher occupational hope beliefs scale, preschool teacher occupational resilience scale, and preschool teacher organizational virtuous behaviors scale. The obtained data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results showed that there was a significant association among preschool teachers’ occupational hope beliefs, occupational resilience and organizational virtuous behaviors. Based on those results, implications for future research were discussed.</div>
