  本研究旨在利用中介效果模式,分析國中校長轉型領導、學校組織健康與組織效能之關聯性。以往相關研究多採用直接效果模式,本研究則採取中介效果模式,以進一步瞭解轉型領導是如何透過組織健康的中介途徑,而對組織效能造成影響。本研究針對臺灣地區之公立國民中學教師進行問卷調查,所得資料主要應用積差相關、集群分析、變異數分析、迴歸分析及結構方程模式進行統計分析。此次研究共得到兩項結論:一、校長轉型領導之表現愈佳,學校組織氣候愈健康;校長轉型領導之表現愈佳及學校組織氣候愈健康,學校組織效能亦愈佳。二、校長轉型領導可以間接透過學校組織健康的中介作用,對學校組織效能造成正向的顯著影響。

英文摘要: 

  Results drawn from earlier research support transformational leadership of principals has exercise a measurable effect on school effectiveness. However, the conceptual and methodological tools have created discrepancies in research results. The use of directed-effects model does not resolve the most important theoretical issues concerning the means by which principals achieve an impact on school effectiveness and how contextual forces influence the exercise of transformational leadership in the schoolhouse. By using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), this study examined the relationship between principal's transformational leadership and school effectiveness mediated by the condition of school health. Three related questionnaires were used to measure the major variables while data was collected from a sample of 945 teachers of junior high schools in Taiwan. It was found that school effectiveness could be predicted significantly by the transformational leadership of principals and the school health. Also, the results from mediated-effects model indicated that school health did significantly mediate the effects of transformational leadership on school effectiveness.
